Ring of Aquila gives OD cheap damage and int and more armor on top of his already very high starting armor

The roa on OD was first started by rtz I think on his road to 8k mmr. He went wand , roa, drums and atos /bkb. He had no mana concerns and could push t1 since he was safe lane with this build. He had a winning streak with that build, but I guess basi into drums is enof for the mana sustain early on if u don't plan on going mid and don't have a bottle.

RoA isn't completely terrible because it's one of the cheap cost-efficient items. But there's always a better choice.
