imo any game you have won with antimage you could have won with any other carry in 10-20 less minutes. why would you consisder first picking hero that cant fight earlygame, can manavoid one target and blink out midgame and do something lategame if you have 1-2 slots more then enemy carry.
doesnt even remotely matter whether ure in hp (if it exists) or not if ure below 5k. if you cant win these games by urself ure pure shit and u need to practise more. you can do that with even the most retarded team mates.

Our AM was 7-slotted with BOT 2 and an eaten moonshard at 60 min plus 10k gold. Instead of pushing with us he decided to repeatedly flash farm the jungle for the next 40 minutes when the enemy had a Spectre and a Kunkka running around with 3 Rapiers.
Most painful game of my life, because really, what is an AA going to do 90 minutes into the game when his carry wont fight or push.
^^ i calibrated at 4.5k, climbed to 4.6k without ANY issues and then started dropping in unwinnable games without real reason, ive dropped to 4.2k right now in 5 days.
yeah i first picked antimage and told my team "i want to farm, i am just regular forever 4.5k player".
they didnt flame a bit after that tbh
Also ive complained to other teammate in one of my games about that and he told that he have dropped from 5.1k in one week.
like im 10000% sure im not playing any worse than when i was 5100 but somehow im losing 4500 games
i think the problem is that in order to climb from mid 4ks you need to play like 5500-6000 to carry your potentially boosted teammates and your support shakers, rubicks, bhs.
