Yes, I have a flowchart with all possible decisions I have to make conveniently hanging next to my monitor. It's 100% accurate I can say.

On a serious note. Like everything in DOTA, it's situational. You gotta create a feeling for it, practice makes perfect.

The trick to playing dota is not to play like a lil bitch

        Teamwork is the key

http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/2178467419 Build items for the hero in enemy team and if you win a teamfight it is better to push than rosh unless you already push bot tier 2 and need aegis fior high ground

              This is my issue

Look at this game http://www.dotabuff.com/matches/2179474727 I literally was free farming the safelane then midgame came and I made a lot of fucking mistakes ever since I was done laning. I'm not sure of it myself but can someone please point it to me out

I dont think I suck, I just mke a lot of bigtime mistakes out of my relative inexperience from this game

I'm not home so I can't watch a replay, but with the information available here on dotabuff I can try to give an assessment on the situation.

first, 56 minute game is a way too long if you're facing an AM and you were free farming early game. get some good midgame items like phase > RoA > BF > S&Y > blink and game should be over. I know lower skilled players capitalize less on a lead and games tend to draw out, but I also noticed that, when playing low MMR party, if you instruct them to take X objective in Y time they usually comply. When did you start soloing Roshan, because Jugg can do it pretty easily and you should utilize it. Who was the main problem in the enemy team, judging by the stats it was either Pudge or Naix (Lifestealer), if it was Naix your build is (somewhat) correct, if it was Pudge you should have opt for a blink and/or Linkens even if it's not on the recommended item list.

Just practice. You probably suck more than you think.

In the mid game decide whether you are going to push or farm. If you have the advantage you can push. If your pushing power heavily exceeds their defending power then just charge down towers, anything else is a waste of time. If the pushing power and defending power is equal or similar, then find pickoffs before pushing, because they just end up in deadlocks which are a waste of time. In this case, it is important to find the right pickoff before pushing.

If you have the better late game and the early advantage, you can choose to farm instead of push. But you need to be wary for ganks and the opponent mid-game pushing power. Understand that farming is essentially trading farm with the enemy, so need to be aware of who farms faster.

If you have the worse late game and lost the laning stage, you need to focus on building your key teamfight and pushing items like mek/pipe/vlads/bkb and if you can afford it, ac. Take fights only when you are sure you have the advantage. Avoid taking fights around their towers because if you lose a couple of teamfights, the game might just be over.

Keep rosh warded. If your team can clear rosh quickly either by minus armor or heavy dps, then you can take rosh once there is a clear opportunity. If your team has a horrible rosh lineup, but good teamfight, look out for opportunities to fight around rosh. If your team has neither, then you probably should not consider rosh.

Be aware that in pub games it is hard to coordinate your team to move as you like. So be opportunistic. Most times, you dont need the perfect push, do it when the opportunity presents itself.

I am not a master, far from it, but I hope that this brief explanation can help you.

Depends on your team and theirs, depends on your hero. Like if I am medusa I'm just farming my sweet ass off trying to get my core items before fighting. I won't actively look to push or fight on dusa til I have at least yasha + skadi.

If spec, same idea except ult into team fights as they break out.

But if you're like vs a team like that you need to push asap.
