it happens because the server laggs and u cant do much about it. sometimes when a lot of people have this problem after a new patch, valve grants all the prisoners with freedom, but thats not the case here, sadly.
whenever u see it happening once, wait for a while untill u see at least couple pf your friends actually starting a match; then queue again.
Hope Valve fix the server, I find out sometimes help to start a bot game, then disconect and go for a ranked game.
thats so sad and valve havent answer me twice on my emails.

sometimes it can be ur hardware and u need to load a bot game before queuing for a real one. fixes loads of loading problems.

After a new super update I´ve been blocked 3 times already for 24houres for nothing!!!
As usel I accept a surching game, which could not be loaded. Dota just diconect and blocked me.
After playing 2 years dota never had been blocked for doing nothing.
I´ve even wrote my plroblems to valve no answer at all.
Anyone with same problems???
