He is fine I guess. Not the best hero right now, but good. Also you DO pick him for the silence, it's insane against some heroes.

Any INT hero can win lane with null and branch, because that means someone else has to buy wards, smokes, tangoes, etc... Wait a second... Isn't support Sky the one who must buy all this shit?

Yeah Veil is really good indeed. The hero farms terribly though, so the priority are still the mobility items.
