And if you think people's intellect are linked to their MMR, you must be a quality bullshitter.

never build radiance on necro, octarine you can kill waves faster anyway spamming two Q's and you'll regen that mana fast.

Why not? I can kill squishy heroes quite easily this way. An offensive Necro isn't a bad Necro.

This is my experience with a friend building Radiance on Necro in a game 800 MMR points above his own.

No one rushes Rad for chrissake. After Octarine, Linken, Agh, PT, it's a good choice.

Radiance is okay Late game once you've got some survivability and an Oct core. The only time I would get it early is if your pub team messes up the draft horribly and Necro is your hardest carry. But even then it would probably be better to deathball with GG boots and end before you get outcarried.

Blademail is never bad but its more effective on heroes with large HP Pools. Necro is actually quite squishy, most of his Durability comes from Sadist stacks and repeatedly using death pulse. If you're getting nuked down every fight then Blademail might be the answer but remember it does nothing once the enemy has a BKB.

As for Octarine Vs Bloodstone I Vote Octarine all the way. It only gives you 450 HP compared to Bloodstone's 500 but its effects are more useful then Bloodstones. The Cooldown reduction means you can blink more often, use GG boots more often, and have up to 3 people dead at the same time with reapers scythe. Most importantly it increases your DPS from death pulse which also increases the rate at which you heal, thus providing more long-term durability then the flat 50 bonus HP from Bloodstone. Bloodstones mana regen is overkill; with octarine and sadist you should never run out of mana. The Death cooldown reduction is nice but it is only useful if you die rarely. The deny and AOE Heal is really good as well but its a one-trick Pony. You probably wont use it every fight whereas you get the full benefit of Octarine each fight.

Other items Necro Should have include Blink, GG boots, Shivas, Ags and TP scrolls.

I'm not high MMR but I have played a lot of Necro games in the past.

Blade mail is ok cus it has armor but I'd much rather have mek. I think it's core on necro even carry necro.

Most people get treads for early tankiness but in reality, going brown boots into a fast mek is probably superior for the early game, and if you're playing core with maxed out sadist you should have the mana to support it, if and when you need it you can get GG boots, and necro is usually one of the best candidates for it on the team, but you shouldn't walk around just with GG boots, you probably complete it a bit later, and just build to accommodate the situation, as the guy above said, sometimes you can just grab GG boots and deathball the enemy team, core necro is actually ridiculously strong in deathball strats.

                    M A N vs N O O B S

You can have a good theoretical understanding of the game whilst still being bad at it. Nothing wrong with 2ks commenting, just judge it by the merit of their comment, not their rating.

                        @scraps

So true about limiting higher MMR post instead. XD

                        Dire Wolf

I do think treads are a bit overrated, necro never really becomes a super strong right clicker, the speed and dmg on phase is better in lane early, mana/gg boots for team are better, even tranqs can be good for speed and armor and they are much cheaper than alternatives.

Mek is underrated on offlane/carry necro. You'll see viper and razors build it like every time and some necros still skip it.

Necro is squishy cus he has no armor. He'll get decent hp cus you almost always build aghs or octarine on him, but he doesn't get armor unless you go shiva's which is a late game item, blade mail or mek (bassy too but is a small item).

I actually don't mind going point booster, plate mail then finishing aghs.

You basically stop regen in the base with radiance and HSA

You just don't. I bought it when I stomped and just wanna have some fun seeing people ran away from me...
