Looking at the Dotabuff meta page, the best carries in 4k are spectre, ursa and medusa.

Medusa is really good now that she can dominate her lane pretty hard.

i used to spam spectre but the thing is she is pretty awful if u spam pick her, she cant fight against lots of lineups.

The main problem with Ursa is his pushing potential is weak.

I recently learned if you spam one of your good heroes you will climb pretty fast...
I'm currently climbing while spamming Disruptor! Winrate of 74.07% this month (27 matches)

Medusa is pretty solid. If you are sure that you can last pick Medusa, it's pretty much a free win.
