my first account calibrated at 300-400 mmr and that's before I knew how to play more than 3 heroes.
you are 2k at your best and you'll stay 2k untill you become megapenisss.
and even then may be you'll still be 2k.

people need to stop trying to calibrate high and just climb once you have your mmr. If you calibrate too high you will go down anyway
Honestly, going by your stats and games, you probably belong in like low 2K or something, but think you're much better than you actually are. Not trying to be mean. :D

Pretty much sums up why are all the people complaining, not just you.
Keep that attitude of "omfg my teammates brainded" and you will see no improvement. Less viable solution: mute all solo. More viable solution: try to work with, or work around them.
Usually you counter-pick a single hero. There are four more you need to deal with.
Also, cheating calibration to get higher mmr then you deserve, would only get you losing streaks. Good luck!

I always use dotapicker.com and try to counter with good picks, but that always doesn't work out as the rest of the team are just making random uneducated picks with no knowledge of this side of the game.
What heroes can you recommend I start playing to properly calibrate my new account?
Heroes that I can dominate with at these low levels no matter who my team mates are.
It seems that it's basically impossible to win when you have 1-2 people who know very little about the game as the opponents just snowball and you have no chance.
Help please.
