Lol he was barely touched. I think he is still good but invoker pretty much shits on him.
Nerf to bottle and starting bounty rune made going mid a bit more difficult imo. I also dont think that rad-bots-manta-octarine is the way to go anymore. I have not been as successful with him since 6.86.
Alchemist had a brief glimmer of play time, he's back to being garbage now. At least the radiance Octo build is awful now.

People strangely don't go Dagon 5 on him... you get Radiance/BoT + Dagon 5 sub 20m & proceed to intense rape.
