A-levels are the courses you do at school during year 11 and 12, right after GCSE's
i did IGCSE's in 9 and 10, and then IB (equivalent of A levels, a little harder tho)to get into uni

well i found a lot of stuff already, the german abitur seems to be sorta special.. just wondernig wether a*a*a is the same as aaa because aaa is already very fucking good for german standards
A* =/= A
A* = you're a flower and a rainbow
A = very good
B = decent
C = pass
They have standardized tables that show how value translate from one programme to another.
eg.
24/25 Nazi points ~ A* for A-levels
22/25 Nazi points ~ A, and so on..
we use from 0,75 (A+) to 6,0 (F), so A*A*A would pretty much be like 0,9 avg I guess which is fucking inhuman and disgusting
Wtf r these systems im so lost. We have 20 pts (A++?) Then we got up to 0. What r u gaiz taking bout????
GOD ALL THESE RETARDS ON MM AHNDU(HAUDGJUNA DFJBASDY*GQ EDQHFBQDUGQ&YS&Q(R)QIERHQ&*#TO ()!UH!H E$Y*(!TYE$UDGHQ UDIOQHDU(GHA&(DE
ist wie abbi mit 810+ punkte
also jeden kurs mit fast vollen punktzahl bestehen.
Abitur above average grade of 1,1 i guess. Like a red diploma where every grade is a 1/A/5
Highest grade is A*. Below that is A, B, C etc.
Therefore the highest possible entry requirements is 3 A*.
Your entry requirements are 2 A* and 1 A minimum.
These are fairly high entry requirements but standard for the best universities.
A levels is closer to what Americans call college its like a higher form of learning GSCE's is like basic school, A Levels you specialize in certain subjects in more advanced learning to prep you with the knowledge required to take equivalent university courses.
Also don't go to Brighton, go to like Kings College or smth so I can harass you after Uni hours. I studied in Birkbeck and will be completing a Masters in Westminster University just haven't figured out what to do yet.
If you don't have an A Levels equivalent they let you do an acceptance course for like 6 months to get you up to scratch for the Uni course you're taking.
Just checked out the requirements for Cambridge there :p Guess I'll stick to German universities then... We're better at physics anyway!
