I was hoping you would say - an item with the same purpose with 1/2 cost of MKB that grants 50% true strike 
You don't get talisman for evasion alone, you build it into other utility/stat items. Likewise, this item would have to do the same thing, it'd be the most stupid thing imaginable to go around with a 2k item around late game because you did not want to save up for an MKB. But maybe it can be a component of the mkb and replace demon edge?

Hey guys, was thinking the other day about all the evasion items out there like crest and halberd and so on. Then I realized the only way to counter is with an extremely expensive mkb, which most can't afford besides the position 1 till late in the game. Buying a 5400 gold item to deal with an 1800 gold value talisman of evasion is brutal. So why not have an equivalent of the talisman except in the form of true strike? It would give you no extra damage or attack speed, but would just grant true strike and could cost around 2000-2500 gold. Just an idea, thoughts?
