creates a split push style that does not get as heavily countered by traditional -armor counters (slardar ta) or AA
Reduces cd on his ult to give like 90% uptime which allows you to spam that for hp and mana regen. Also the octarine allows you to lifesteal of the poison shit of his first skill and radiance. Pretty much unkillable early/mid, and the splitpush is good with BoTs. It's also pretty good against doom imo.
