Technically, I guess you could. BUT if you wanna play a carry, why not just pick a hero that's designed to be a carry? If you pick ogre and try to last hit in lane, your teamates will probably flame you.

"Carry" is not a design, it's just farming priority.

Once he become popular, Valve will then slap him with the Abaddon nerf aka armor nerf and cast range nerf.....The cast range nerf is already in place with his fire blast....
