Yasha does that as well. And yasha can be built into manta later on as well for more ck's. That's just my thoughts though I don't play CK myself
Manta and yasha is good don't get me wrong. Yasha alone is lackluster which makes you get an early manta. Manta is a pretty expensive item. Though I guess you could go S&Y (not a bad choice either) Now that ck to me looks so much better early I think earlier fighting items could be nice.
lightnings do not proc on illusions, which makes this item way less worthy

^True issusion base cores don't usually get it for that reason. Still something about this idea clicks in my head going to test it. In my next game.
Battlefury CK isn't that uncommon if you wanna focus solely on farming. Cleave synergies with his crit to clear camps and creep waves faster and with the regen you won't need to go base after clearing the jungle.
Though he's not a hero who really needs to farm a lot, he can be strong with few items and still scales more than most into late game so having less farm than the opposing carry is not a disaster. He kinda needs more levels than farm, since his level 1 ult is pretty bad 50% of the time and you rarely want to skill stats over any of his abilities. Maybe a midas would work?
Ck is already strong early, get tread drum and snowball with that. People really underestimate ck at lvl 8 with maxed Q and W non blinking hero cant escape from you. Also the 4sec stun is rather frequent.

Chaos knight has trouble with farming a lot of people say. No kills =no farm. So how would a maelstorm work on him. Two simple reason why
you might pick it up. One for farming lanes and jungle faster. Two Higher crit chance with faster attack speed. (Yet to test it out or play new
ck with the buff given from icefrog)
