I have the same feeling, bro. I fell its much harder to target units and cast target skills.
And my mouse is a Razer Naga Hex, and is the same i used in older Dota , so its not a mouse issue.
Please, Valve, Take a look at this.

What the title says. Among other Reborn features(bugs) I felt like it's way harder to target units and I've read somewhere selection boxes are smaller in Reborn so you have to click on the hero directly. I've played a few LC games and this + my naturally shitty and sometimes unresponsive mouse caused me to frantically click around for a second or two before I could target my ulti properly. Other target spells are much harder to cast as well.
Anyone faces the same problem and maybe even has a solution(except "get a new mouse" which is not the main part of the problem, in old client I could target spells normally).
