73% winrate hilariously high KDAs, yet only normal skill games. I mean really after 600 games and crushing 3/4 of them, why doesn't dota move him up a skill bracket?? Is this some kind of bug? This guy is ranked 88 on http://www.dotabuff.com/players/winning but he only plays normal skill. something about this is wrong.
If we assume that Valve's matchmaking system is fair then 95% wr is not that weird to be honest. A team with like 300-400 MMR more than the other team will have a 90%+ chance of winning (+5/-45) otherwise the system is not fair. When we play normal we have a LOT MMR than the opposing team so yeah.
This is only true if both teams play serious though.
That normal skill guy toggles match sharing, its actually not that hard to do.

^ Not that easy, most of them come from the site. Reddit is a decent source but you get 1-2 students maximum in 3-4 days from Reddit.

i already explained it in page 1, they turn dotabuff on and off while they feed intentionally so their hidden/ranked mmr gets decreased
