When you're about to getting arrowed/hooked, stand still, don't move, and prepare to just move into some direction as soon as the hook/arrow is in the air. Helps you concentrate a lot better and greatly increases your chances to dodge it.

When I see them i put my mouse on their trajectory like (HEY THE HOOK IS COMING RIGHT WHERE IM POINTING) and then i click on the trajectory.
So I eat every hook/arrow that enemy send near to me.
