was it where the game goes 'jumpy' for a bit then clears up? i've asked during those bouts of lag and people on the enemy team were also getting it, think somethings been going wrong with servers for a while now

Ping is the same as it was before (50-60 on euw) but my dota freezes for 1-2 sec every 15 or so seconds, anyone has the same problem?
