There is a color blind mode. Next to your nickname at the top part of the screen is a configuration icon (the little gear), there you can change whether you want to enable color blind mode or not.

General DiscussionCan we get a colour blind mode?
I am having some trouble especially with the calendar thingy, I can't tell if it was a good day or a bad day of Dota without hovering over it. There are also some other little things but have numbers directly attached so it isn't so bad.
