If it's really a problem then keep checking the spawns for them, and when you see one pull that wave
if your feeling lazy just auto deny two of your own creeps leaving enemy creeps alive and let them beat on the pult and then just deny it and auto attack the creeps down as needed, or just pull it

How do u preserve lane equilibrium when there are catapults ? They always fuck me up. Without them it's easy to "freeze" the lane, but they fuck me when they appear & I can't deny my own catapults.
