It is kinda sad.
You can see bulldog in the morning, Waga is also regular streamer and s4 started streaming very often. Besides, there is sometimes envy, zai and mb bone7 and thats it.
Singsing streams for couple of days then he disappears for 2 months, same with rtz merlini, dendi..
I mean, its sad for a extremly popular game like dota2 to have this low popularity on twitch. It has been like this for almost 4 month. There are alot of this tournaments during weekdays like starladder, dotapit or whatever, but its simply boring. YOu know what I mean, those games feel like fucking pointless, even though they are not, but I just feel like they are and I loss any passion to watch it.
It's troll, jugger, sniper and ebola all over again. Who seriously wants to watch this shit all over again?
I haven't seen one game of Ebola on twitch do tell me who you watch when you see that?
EE on the other hand seems like 50/50 sf and jugger non stop but how can you watch him tbh with his odd music and know it all voice all the time micro managing everything going on.
Dota on twitch unless tourney kind of puts me to sleep. One problem is pro players play in private matches even dendi was interviewed discussing how the top players have a special dota server they play on.
Side note if your really bored on twitch try watching reign of kings game and look for ppl on moons rp server can't explain it but somehow entertaining.
I've seen Ebola maybe 3 times on twitch:
Once in a pro players game on other team.
Once jerax streaming.
Once zai stream which I will never forget because I still can't believe how new to the game he looked playing it.
Not saying it doesn't exist I'll look for those people you mentioned next time.
Tournaments are probably less popular because there's a lot more now than it used to. There are tournaments all the time. The meta is pretty stale right now as well, so picks/bans are generally very similar. That's the reason I stopped watching lately at least.
Also y0nd, The Ebola streams all the time (and is high-ish up on the streams), not sure how you'd miss him.

you can easily ignore the music and gebak gebak if you just want to see relatively high skill stream. (his farming is very good).
you can watch waga for high skill and explanations.
s4 stream is pretty cool, just game.
and in general dota is top 4-5 game on twitch anyway.
the reason lol or hs or cs is higher, its just because its easier to understand and flashier, more action.
and also dota has been getting shitty lately, i would like to kick icefag in the face if i see him.
all this troll sniper something something 60 minutes nonsense is not what dota used to be.

I remember times where was normal in any tournament when Navi or some well known team play always 50k+ viewers on twitch now when some teams plays its usually 5k-10k or even less, without any tournaments running there is like 3-4k people only from all of the streamers, if there are not Dendi/Envy/Sumail/Rtz etc. Basicly Cs go and Hearthstone every day have like 3-4x more viewers by average whats happening lol why is dota ded? ;d
