I always find dire side easier as Chen in which cases just look at when the other team is over pushing or when you have the proper creeps to do it.
Aui2000 had some videos up a while back I watched on stacking camps on dire then owning them with the creep that has the tornado.
I don't like radiant Chen as much just cause the gank mid angle is less convenient.
