I hated Absolute Duo, fanservice all over.
But from your MAL, I have a rough idea of what type of anime you like.
HunterXHunter is currently one of the best shonens out there. It starts out lighthearted but very quickly in, it becomes brutal and dark. Its a long series at 150+ episodes but the later arcs (yorkshin/chimera ants) have feels similar to Kiseijuu/Tokyo Ghoul.
Since you liked Shinmai Maou no Testament and Absolute Duo, then I reccomend Highschool DxD. Its been successful enough that its 3rd season has just been released. Lots of fanservice, likeable characters and still has an interesting battle story to drag you in. Man character isn't a wimp although he's slightly ero.
No Game No Life. A short anime at 13 episodes but every episode will keep you stuck to the screen. Its about a brother and sister who are social outcasts. They're both super smart and talented at games and were thus sucked into an alternate universe where there are no wars/bloodshed and everything is settled through games. Episode 1 will make you super pumped up.
Sidonia no Kishi. Similar feels to Tokyo Ghoul/Parasyte. Its completely CGI and that might turn you off, but despite its looks it became extremely popular last year. Its a space mecha anime about fighting aliens.
Hisugi no Chaika and Ryuugajou Nanana no Maizoukin have very good animation and its their shonen feels should make it enjoyable for you to watch since you've seen stuff like Akame Ga Kiru and Black Bullet.
I've seen a good 300-400+ anime series so when it comes to most things ive probably watched it... Heres some i think you'll like and a couple of others off the top of my head you may enjoy too.

Claymore, Hellsing (old & Ultimate), Ergo Proxy, Attack on Titan. I am very selective with the anime I watch as I am not a huge fan but watch a some depending on plot, animation, or atmospheric content.
EDIT: I have heard good things about Spice And Wolf. Also watch Song of the Sea, and Secret of Kells. Amazing animation, and short movies so easy to enjoy.

waifu HxH wasnt meant to end but the Togashi got ill or something i think and decided to end it with a pretty lack luster ending imo. The manga itself for HxH is still ongoing and its completely different from where the series ended.

I like Havoc the more I stalk him on these forums. Spice and Wolf is fabulous. Wolf's Rain was good, Fairy Tail has been fun, if you like something with some more serious tones, My lie in April. Moushi-shi is wonderful. Samurai Flamenco was fun. I liked The Irregular at Magic High School although I have no idea why. Trigun and Outlaw Star were great back in the day. If you have crunchyroll and want to really get nostalgic, go find Space Captain Harlock then watch Galaxy Express 999. That's where I got my anime start. Also if you haven't watched Cowboy Bebop.. wth.. how did THAT not get mentioned..
