eh? bitrate refers to the compression or bits per play time, .wav is a file format. Are you trying to increase the bitrate of a .wav file?
find out the original bpm (http://www.all8.com/tools/bpm.htm / google it / find some bpm measuring software)
then load it into something like fl studio or ableton, and hit the bpm up to 750.
you have to know the original bpm for sure, otherweise you cant get it to exactly 750.
I mean you could.. but it's a bit more difficult.
If you want I can do it for you, shouldn't take too long.

need to change the bpm to 705 so hl dj engine will play the song on normal speed
