He's right there are some freeway ramps where homeless people beg for money from cars getting off the freeway and some of them make upwards of $50,000 a year. I've heard of even more in affluent areas like some parts of california. California is known for many homeless too cus it's warm and many of the beaches have public shower areas so the homeless can sleep outside no problem and still take hot showers lol.
Making 50k begging might sound like a ton but it's only like 200 bucks a day, 5 days a week. If you think about how many cars get off the freeway at a busy intersection, if a few cars an hour give you ten bucks you're going to make that kind of money if you do it all day.
