There's close 0 difference between 3500-4000 mmr. It's just in your head.
Want to get better? It's tough shit, bro. Getting better for a player with 3500 games is not just as easy as someone who just started to play Dota.
Why? Because you probably already have tons of bad habbits, and it might be the reason why you're still 3k..
Beign aware of what's your mistake is, is one way to get better.
For example, a lot of people think that 4k mmr is some sort of holy heaven, and actually, difference from their actuall mmr compared to 4k is not quite big as they belive.
So, playing Dota and getting better at it is not the same thing. You can't get better after so many games just by playin' it randomly.
i dont think 4k is holy heaven I just think its less trash then 3k which is super casual lets dive 1 v 5 players, 5k is decent ppl who think and know most of the basics and some advance shit. idk y would 1k account be worth more when u cant be 2k mmr difference to boost urself anyways 3k is prob the best as 4k to 5k players who actually care about there mmr the most.
How the fuck are you gonna sell anyone a 3.5k account? Hell, I probably couldn't even sell my 4.1k account. Nobody is gonna buy anything that isn't at the extreme ends of the MMR spectrum (0-999 MMR or 5,000+ MMR).

Well, belive when I tell you, it's not. I was 3.8-4k for like 3-4 moths before I dropped to 3.3-3.4k..
It is just a a bit better, after you hit like 3750... People are not that stupid, starting to use some brain...
But its still just way below "normal" games.
There's a difference, but that difference hardly has to do with skill. I'd say it has to do with attidude..
For example: if 3.4k player wants to play better, he'd be 3.7k player. 3.7k player belives he'll reach 4k, so he's more carefull about things and such, so that's going to be biggest and sadly, only difference between that 3k rating..
I think things really start to get better after 4.6k.
in 3.8k all pick 95% of players are latin americans . = shits games and retarded players
in 4.3k u get 6k mmr solo mid players and 4.3k players
i once had a ifrit 7k troll a nd he was shit cuz he was lagging. void and other dude carried him as 4k players and he asked to commend them to ennemy team and i was only like 4.2k
those 2 4k players were probably jsut boosting mmr account elo for $ and are prob 5k at least

It takes literally one click to see through your BS. also I don't think you have ever been matched with a 7k player, but match making can be wonky so that at least isn't outside the realm of possibility.
but i never played on a 5k account ever ever and this would be shit cuz everytime as 4.3 or 4.4k i think my highest was 4.6k we alway get one 5k on our team and hes sometime mid sometime just cary and poor them they get matched with retards and me i suck but i go omni everytime when i play these games :p. so i just level heal and repel and go ward bitch and stick to the best player and follow him to heal repel him. but being a 5k is shity life i dunno why you liek that. you get matched with 4ks players like most of the time lol..

Any game that I played in the last 4 months or so that isn't in very high skill is a stack game where I am playing with at least one lower ranked player. don't believe me, look at my played with list, then look at those normal skill games at least one of those players will be in all of them. while none of your games on your main was higher then high skill and most of them were normal.
but that's beside the point, I give you shit not for being a 3k player, but rather give you shit for pretending to be a 4k player when you clearly aren't. the account you are posting on now might be technically over 4k, but it is a smerf with a 29% ranked win rate, it wont stay there for long. on top of this you admit that it is your friends account, you didn't even smerf to 4k your self.
