It would vary from one hero to another depending on hero popularity
e.g. for Storm the 100th player has 5763 hero score, whereas top 100 for Bane is only 4986
so you can't really estimate overall hero score for 90/95/99/top100 because there would be too much variation between popular/unpopular heroes
