This is tricky because if you're stomping and you go battlefury there is always a chance you can throw. I have won so many games with people who were over confident jackasses and built dumb shit while you were slowly building proper items and then it goes super late and they lose.
I was watching sing strim yesterday and he built Bfury on Phoenix while they were stomping. They ended up losing.

If you have teammates with a mics then buy a rapier and feed it then fire up fraps and record. The reactions will be worth the loss
I bought rapier on kunkka with it, died easily, so first I told my friend as Axe to carry the rapier back to base, but he stays around with 3 of team dead. He dies but enemy doesnt notice the rapier. Then lich picks it up, I tell him the rapier isnt giving him damage and he needs to give it to me, he ignores and hits creeps. Then invoker kills him and I have to run. Invoker gets the rapier, eventually we got it back but after like 15 minutes of axe acting like it's 100% my fault invoker got my rapier.

Anything that doesn't require Secret Shop components (so you can build it while at the enemy fountain) is great.
Sange and Yasha, Dagon, Force Staff (for killing teammates), Ghost Scepter (for surviving teammates with Force Staff), and Hand of Midas are all solid choices. Stomps be all about da bling, yo:
Got 3 bracers and upgraded them them all to drums last week on my tree. Was nice stats and never ran out of clicky.
Omniknight ulti was mostly irrelevant, the way the fights were playing out. He wasn't very good at picking the right time to cast it, and his positioning was terrible. Our Faceless was really good at getting Omni + 2 in chrono.
Straight for butterfly or abyssal blade instead of building smaller utility items like bkb, sange or yasha or halberd etc. I just go for the big guns.

Dagons to fountain farm, Force Staves to kill teammates or get enemys out of fountain, Ghost Staff to enter the fountain and motivate my teammates to enter as well so they can die.
One of each boot if I'm feeling particularly trolly.
whatever i would normally buy. I just change some safe items into some more risky items that are still legit: for example getting a a Daedalus instead of a Butterfly on heroes like Mirana. I also skip BKB a lot when we are stomping. What is the worst, are supports that stop buying wards when we wreck to get blinks and stuff at 15 minutes so the enemy team just gets a free comeback. hate it so much...
I don't really see why you would change your build if you're winning. Usually it's change your build if you're losing like building a drums instead of midas etc.

For Mirana, I go Dagon/Yasha into Manta or Sange.
For SF - Madness-Dagon-Etheral.
For Pudge madness/lotar-dagon. :D
