Looks like they are 5 manning from what i've seen 
bad decision making... we relied too much on the snowball echo - which most of the time they have dodged snowball and us getting silenced.
From what I watched for 5 minutes I noticed a few things.
1. You were late to lane and they hit level 2 before you even though your solo.
2. You were going shards first but yet got items to last hit which they prevented you from doing. Would have thought maybe you would go with a soul ring build so you could use it for last hits or something instead of quelling/shield.
3. Besides mid so far they have last hit advantage on your whole team in fact at 5 minutes you have 1-0 LH wise.
What about going for one-shot ES build? Like totem, snowball, totem, Walrus Punch, ez rarez.
You could even start aggression early.
