No, 5 man rapier is OP, nerf rapier plzz :( I have won 100% of the games when each of my teammates had a rapier so plzzzz volvo nerf rapier 2 imba :(
They definitely do, go here http://dotabuff.com/heroes/damage ss is 10th in tower dmg/min and it's not cus of his uber right click! After the t1s go down a lot of bad shamans waste them trying to trap heroes in the open and in team fights. I mean if you have to use it to win a team fight go for it but ss should be more methodical, everybody farm til wards are up, 5 man push a tower, rinse and repeat.
