Currently dotabuff plus offers TrueSight. If you glance at the top of the page you can see insanely intensive replay analysis of professional games. With plus you can now check your own games with this as well. As far as the scenarios tab goes I believe that is all free information.
I do not believe there is a post about plus upgrades at the moment.

Hello folks. Recently the Scenarios tab had been introduced to the Dbuff profiles. I was wondering, is there anything in that new Scenario thing that has something only Plus holders can see? My Plus expired the day after TI4 I think so bad luck maybe
Second question is is there a blog or any news about what future updates/features that will come to the dbuff plus? Just so I know if I should repurchase again for 3 months or something I guess idk...
