There's a difference between having 55% winrate in the 5k bracket and having 55% winrate in a lower bracket, so it depends.
get calibrated too high -> getting stomped every time -> getting low winrate
get calibrated too low -> stomping every time -> getting high winrate

Does having a high winrate have anything to do with mmr? i see some people with sub 50% winrates but have 3.5-5k mmr ? surely this shouldnt be the case if you have a low winrate?
