It's hard to tell you how to improve by looking at a won game and i doubt looking at old losses will help, so until you start losing again, i dont think we can help you much xD
I think your friends kinda bring you down looking at your winrates with them. Tell them gid gud or play solo :D . And always blame your team, if you lose = your team is sheieeeeit. I hope i helped.
i was once 43% winrate with 500+ games. now a little above 50%. took too long to reach 50%.
key is to stick with easy heroes, op heroes, and ones you are familiar with. after 1 year or 2 you will be 50%

After a truly massive and wholly embarrassing loss streak, my win rate dropped about 3-4%. So far, I have regained about 1%. If anyone is willing, can you give me some tips on how to improve? I really do want to get better and not blame my team (it can't be their fault 36/40 games or whatever it was). I know that I'm not that good, so please be nice :)
