Any idea to improve my mmr and how do i avoid meeting with players who dont know how to play the hero(randomed).?
focus on your own play, because you can't control your teammates.

If youre better than your team, just play your best heroes and win. On looow (below like 3.5k) mmr anything with strong solo push works. Or other option is to play that escaping-elo-hell support omni and sometimes pugna playstyle and "keep your retards alive", that should also work. But honestly, if you just have a friend playing on your account and make your mmr higher, you will just fall back to where you are now. If not, you can do it alone with playing a certain style that works for you. You can try to snowball, but seems thats not working for most ppl, so try the push or keeping-retards-alive strat.
By strong push I mean stuff like np, lycan, dp, on even a drow or sniper can work if played with in the right way and you can outplay enemies. If you cant, youre where you belong.
If you actually belong in a higher MMR, then you will win most of your games. You lose most of your games, therefore you suck.

how do i reset my mmr ? the reason i play solo rank game ,i got noob people, i dislike thier perfomance , i cant deal anymore , i give up the solo rank game , i lose the match...how to solve that problem ?? and most of the pub game or rank game ,i meet people who dont have teamwork and who dont know how to play hero that he choose.
