I think the ones that don't are the ones in the Normal bracket

the ones that dont have skill brackets are pretty hard for dotabuff (api) to determine what the skill bracket is (these are usually matches that last 40+ mins, but its not always the case)

Lowliepop (the admin) stated that the API doesn't actually give an accurate skill bracket 80% of the time.

IF you skill bracket isn't showing, it is because Dotabuff was not sure of the skill bracket.
