under 3200 mmr -> normal bracket
3200-3700 mmr -> high
3700 and above -> very high
not exact numbers but it is the general idea
Keep in mind most games wont show what your skill bracket was. Dotabuff doesn't display it unless they are sure. Basically only 20%
