Maybe they're trying to get a hidden evaluation for a player from other players' perspectives because me and my friend were asked to evaluate the same player. It could be related to how well/bad the player did in the game because we had to evaluate a Storm Spirit who won mid and had pretty good stats (though I and my friend were also doing well) http://dotabuff.com/matches/728592792

So does anyone in here know what's the usefulness of this evaluation form?

It asked you to evaluate you teammates but the avatar showed was always one of the opposing players. And I was only asked to evaluate yesterday, no evaluations at all today. I also wonder if I rate the willingness to play with them again (very) low, will the chance to be matched with them again really decrease.

At the end of the game people tend to forget about the support who won them the lane and made their free farm possible. They see only "that noob who dies in every fight".

Could be a good feature if you could rate your team mates though.

It always asked me and my duo que partner to rate the same person. I think both times it was blue/pink player.
