take a break, even with 1 hand the easiest heroes in the game are still way more difficult to play than if you had 2 hands.
clicking skills is way slower, and using items is also way slower.
Well, if you really cant wait, get one of those mouses that are good for playing world of warcraft, they usually have at least 9 buttons on the side and some others here and there... You have to use avg 30 skills on a character if not more, also have space for targeting and macroes, so i think those can help you.
Also MAYBE you can press one button with your left hand so bind something on space bar, thats hard to miss.
Ah, and if you have somewhere in the old boxes, get those things that were used to play car games like 10 years ago :D You know, that wheel + feet pressable stuff.... And use those 2 with your feet. :D Those 2 + space bar should be more than enough with a 9 button mouse.
Another trick can be if you get a mouse with around 3-5 extra buttons, to use autoexec.cfg (well, i can write it for you if you tell me exactly what you want, if you arent familiar with it) and use space bar as modifier, so that doubles the keys you have.
seriously, stop playing for a while...You know that playing with one arm isn't to favorable for your mmr >.> So why even try it?

hey guys, broke my left arm recently in a biking accident, so i been just using my right hand to hold mouse and play 1-2 click heroes like spirit breaker, lich, etc
Ive lost so much i went from 3900 to 3200 mmr. i cant even deny creeps... this is really frustrating me as i cant use my fave hero(rhasta) effectively.
has anyone been though this? should i just take a break? lol
