umm.. play like a 3k player?

3k mmr too high man plz go lower

play zeus on calibration
use ult whenever u can kill\steal to get high hero damage
and dont die

Play storm spirit
Win

Avoid playing ranked until you think you are playing at a 3K level, then play your calibration matches, that way you won't have to grind from 2K or whatever your base ranked score is up to 3K. Good things come to those who wait!

Other than that, find heroes you can play well, and have high win rates with and stick to those. lane winning supports are the best, strong mids who can carry/semi-carry and gank the sidelanes. Avoid late game carries, as it requires a lot of free farm, which you won't get at low levels, so stick with early-mid oriented carries who can snowball into the late game
