Play a hero you are good with (or a easy hero for that matter), and try no to flame. Flame loses a lot of games. Even if your teammates are complete retards just mute them.
You play bad => you lose games. Easy as that. Bad attitude, tired, angry, or all combined is a good recipe for a sure loss. You have to be relaxed and if you have lots of fun, you usually win games. Works for me at least.

In latest weeks I just can't seem to win a more than one-two matches in a row. Even if I manage to win 3-4 matches in a row a streak of 6 or 7 losses come. In past two weeks I dropped from ~40 more wins than loses (circa 1,5% of winrate) to 20. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Every game I play there's a Tinker in my team that's doing dogshit, other game Tinker against me balls so hard he Eblades me even in fountain. This game is getting on my nerves.
