Man ragnarok was so much fun, probably the best online game i have ever played.

and try to have patience, people can be idiots in this game ( even more on forums )
What i really disliked about RO is, that it took you like years to actually have good characters and items and do something. That's like having a second life if you want to be good at the game. Dota is completely different - you have all heroes and same posibilities as other people to win every game, only your skill matters :) But still, RO was fun while my friends played it too years years back.

RO was the best game ever made in terms of gameplay freedom and customization and the fact that the game didn't have the trifecta and such a complicated rock-paper-scissors format. And any true RO kid still returns back to it at least once a year :D
As for a team, I don't recommend going to reddit or forums to find people. Recruit from people in the games you play. It is better to play with people at your own mmr level than to play with people far above or below it.
If you meet someone ingame, who shows decent skills and is nice, just add him. Thats how I met many players I play with.

So, I'm relatively new to Dota, I began playing recently, even though I had it on my computer for quite some time, because I was mostly focused on Ragnarok Online.
Anyways, it's a bit boring playing alone, not everyone likes to talk in matches, some of them are probably bots or I don't know, and I think that playing in a team would be more "fun", and I'd learn more stuff.
My question is: how do I find a team to join?
