Playstyle; join as many fights as possible and end game with your pushing prowess

Get a stack willing to carry you. I'm pretty sure plenty of 10 hero challenges were completed that way...party counts for them, don't they?

If there is no level dependent hero on your team, volunteer to go mid. Get bottle and gank at around 10min mark. Push towers with your 'W'. Get bloodstone/linken/shiva/sheep stick/bkb

Otherwise, play as position 4/5 support. Get wards and pull /stack camps, gank other lanes, do your job as support, and push hard with your 2nd skill

get 2 points into edict by 3, keeping edict at rank 1 is retarded since it's damage doubles from going to level 2 - no matter what, 2 points into edict by level 3 gives you the best possible damage. levelling either your stun or your lightning only adds 60 damage per person hit, so unless you're hitting 4-5 heroes with them, edict's 400 extra composite damage is better.

maxing stun isnt required, the stun is 2s at all levels. if you're in the mid lane you may be better off maxing lightning + edict, since lightning can bounce from creeps to the enemy mid laner to harass them, whereas split earth can't.

dont ignore lightning, it has a shorter cooldown than the stun so it can be spammed more often, consider maxing it over the stun if you're good at landing the stun without the radius increase.

he's actually relatively weak as a support due to his high level dependancy compared to other supports, and his high int gain per level helps with his mana pool. if you do run him as a support you obviously can't go bloodstone, euls is one of the most cost-effective mana regen items for him, and sets up the stun, plus drum or mek helps with survivability and stats, but you're still really squishy.

don't get ult at 6, you won't have a large enough mana pool to sustain prolonged use and you're better off casting another spell instead if you want damage.

learn the range of your spells. position yourself so that edict only hits the target you want it to hit, just like rocket barrage for example. split earth has a cast range of 750, but the area affected is a circle so add the radius to that value for the maximum range.

and since you're squishy as hell and have crap cast animations, cast from afar and also in fog to mitigate your weaknesses.
