When you read the front few pages, they mentioned that they were only looking at the EU qualifiers
Thats why we can vote for 1 more day, the EU qualifiers are starting soon
Only EU qualifiers would be looked at. At first I thought that it would be across all regions as well, but after reading a post and looking at what valve wrote there again, I can say that they are definitely only looking at EU qualifiers.

Is this "across all qualifiers (in any region)" or "across all qualifiers (all regions combined)"?
Say there were 50 mirana kills in the entire NA qualifiers, 50 for SEA, 50 for CHINA, and 50 for EU. Would the correct answer be 50 or 200?
