Ah; russian. I understand russian (dont speak it because i am afraid of sounding like "chiurka" :D ).
I have friend or two who speak russian and we play dota. But i consider myself advanced speaker when it comes to english.
Just bear in mind that atm i might not play often (just log in sometimes) because i am boosting some accounts....
