The leaderboards aren't for time spent in game but time spent playing the game. Trust me I checked ages ago :P

mine has 5725 hours total and 409.9 hours in 2 weeks but i only played around 1700+ matches total and 6 matches since last 2 weeks

I'm serious, that was written on my recent game activity yesterday, literally 409.9 hours in past 2 weeks.
Maybe they done the adjustment after i close my dota2 client today.
