For practice matches I highly suggest joining the INHOUSE channel and play together.
I don't know about you people, but for me there's a huge satisfaction in playing the game and winning, I don't focus on the prize that much, winning is my prize.
It bugs me to see such stupid comments, no need even to waste your time writing if you don't like that thing.

It's first of all a community effort, I like for us all to get to know better and to play together having fun.
If we can stream it on Twitch this might give us also a chance to capture a higher audience here at DB thus improving the site and community :)

about 200 ms, it is barable as a offlaner but that is about it
I run about 150 from NA east. It's not terrible.
