It's been a week or so now, any news on a fix?

Perhaps test this on a browser other than Mozilla.

EDIT: Works in Mozilla for me as well as IE11 (Compatibility) and Google Chrome.

Clearing things like browsing history, cookies or cached sites might help though.

Odd, if I open dud pages in another browser, they work, and then work in firefox. Guess I'll just go through and refresh everything in another browser. Thanks.

So are you saying you can see those records. It is possible as mentioned above that you have an "old" {yourrecords} page cached and it might be an idea to try the above.

$10 says you haven't made a profile so it might be an idea to start again.

Start > run > then type or paste...

              C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe -p myprofile.

The above will start Mozilla in a new profile as a fresh install if you wanted to clear it all up.

Ah ok. I get you now.

To clarify to the admin. The records tab works however adding a "month" time filter causes the system to stop functioning as intended. All Time & Week work fine.

Also...it looks like someone has fixed this as the month just started working.

Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. It's odd.

All the records I was trying to see have now refreshed. Let's see if they stay online, or if they disappear again...

I think I've worked out what they're doing: when you go to any records page it checks to see if the records have been updated since the player last played. If the records are up to date with the latest game then you're good and you get the page you want. If the records are older than the latest game then it gives you a 403 while it updates them. Basically, dotabuff updating it's records is taking too long.
