Step 1: google " 8BitMMO " (a game in steam)
Step 2: Download this game (in steam)
Step 3: When the download finish, click play 8BitMMO
Step 4: When this game ask for username, password .... then turn it off
Step 5: Click play on dota 2

well, i unistalled that game, restarted steam then launched dota and it worked, this method sounds so ridiculous but it works lol
