The only reason why game lasted 20 min instead of 10 is because ursa decided not to leave...
lmao god damn. I love it when people like ursa have 29 tower damage. It's like they literally walked up to the tower, attacked it once, called it a day and went home for the whole game.
^At min 10 the stack of 3 in my team got disconnected, after some pauses and dc-s we said we both leave, but for some reason he decided to play a bit with leavers. We were winning easily :)

This is pure lottery! You get leavers in your team - free loss! Get leavers in the opposite team - free win!
Well, I can think of 2 categories of matches, that users will want to delete:
1) Matches with leavers in first 5-10 minutes
2) Matches with accidental abandons (servers down or smith like that)
Either way you will only have the chance to delete one game in long period and only after verification. I'm thinking it can be in form of report - you fill your report with evidence and confirm that you want to delete that game, staff looks into your proof and approves/denies. Ofc it should be premium-only, because Dotabuff staff can't handle thousands of requests.

Steam kicked me off and started to update.
I continued to play the game afterwards but was very underleveled. Still, felt useful for what it was worth.

So, as many of you know, there are some situations where you lose not because you play bad but because of technical issues or bugs, lags etc.
My case:

Just played this game as a Beastmaster - fair 5 vs 5 stack match, hardly-earned victory. But, not for me, because:
1) Either because of servers being down (lags were bad)
2) Or because I didn't control Beastmaster for more than 30 secs, instead controlling the Hawk (there was no point to control him, because we were waiting for them to breach hg).
I got instant abandon, ruined my Beastmaster winrate (he's my best hero and I care about my winrate/kda on him a lot) and got a low-priority (btw, my team gets it too?).
So, I know what you have to say - who cares about stats, bla-bla, but:
Stats are very important in Dota. Otherwise this site would be pointless. And it's very popular. There are always "collectors" in most popular games. Take TF2 - there are people, who collect items, make beautiful collections. If one of the items is deleted - it's a big loss for the collector. I've seen guys quit TF because of some stupid cases with Steam support being a dick. And, believe me, the foundation of every game are those people, that invest into the game and care about it the most. Once they gone - game is dead no matter how many newcomers there are. TF is a nice example.
So, in Dota, by the nature of the game, there are two things, that can be "collected" - stats and items. That means the system must be perfected. If Valve can't take care of that - why can't this site show them an example of how you should treat the system right?
So, my question is:
Is it possible to remove selected matches from Dotabuff? I know you will say - then you can have 100% etc. Well, let's say, that:
1) The possibility to remove matches should be limited - for example, once per few months you can remove one game. Because of this the winrate abuse will be minimal and people will have the long-awaited possibility to get rid of their most unfair matches.
2) Or maybe make that a premium feature! It even makes more sense. Premium buyers are usually dedicated members, who won't abuse this feature and won't cause spam-trouble to admins.
3) To make it even more secure - you must present evidence that, for instance, you did not abandoned the game (load short video on youtube with match ID, showing you did not abandon the game)
4) To further prevent the possibility of abuse - forbid to delete matches, which are older than, let's say, 2 weeks (just random number, not sure here).
The point of what I'm suggesting is to make Dotabuff more user-friendly and show Valve better way to make the stats fair.
Let me know what you think, guys, and how that idea can be improved. I'm new here, just thought I'd share my bit of thoughts to everyone.
