Please, one or two threads are okay. You don't have to post every single time you had a bad game, thought of a new idea, want to know examples of X role, etc. Half of the things you ask can be found if you search "Examples of hero combos/Examples of tanky carries/whatever". Not wanting to be a dick but I have seen at least 5 threads from you asking useless things.
Bloodseeker + Ancient Apparition = gg
Bloodthirst + ulti = gg
Rupture + ulti = gg
everything that bloodseeker does with AA combo is a gg

Sneaky / invis heroes can do as well, they just locate the target, AA ults and they finish off.

i think veno and appa if do ulti together is look great. (Veno bring to hp low, and Appa finish it)
other combo can u explain with appa ulti?
